OUR PROCESS...
We aim to make the process of your event as smooth and as hassle free as possible. To kick start your project, book in a call with our team.
INITIAL MEETING
To start the quotation process, first book in a consultancy call to discuss your initial event brief.
SITE VISIT
Once we have discussed your initial brief, if needed, we will perform a site visit to get as more specific understanding of your requirements.
INITIAL QUOTATION
Once we have performed a site visit and we have all the final details. We will put together an itemised quotation.
CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once you are happy with the quotation and a deposit is paid, the event will be booked in
DELIVERY / INSTALLATION
Once the event is booked in, we will send you a services sheet with all the details regarding the staff timings and logistics.
ON-SITE SUPPORT
At every event, we will always supply on-site support to ensure a smooth running event.
DE-RIG / COLLECTION
Once the event is over, we will organise a time that works for you to collect the items.
