For the exclusive Bitpanda x NFL UK Launch, we delivered a fully immersive “Gallery of Greatness” experience at Unit X, transforming the venue into a premium, museum-inspired showcase. What made this project truly unique? We planned and visualised the entire event in 3D, enabling our client to explore and sign off on every detail remotely - without a single site visit prior to the event.
Our team managed every aspect of production, from technical planning and supplier coordination to on-site delivery and seamless de-rig. We created bespoke set designs, custom installations, and branded AV displays, all tailored to the venue’s constraints and the client’s vision. We took care of every detail, including event logistics, health & safety compliance, and live event management, ensuring a flawless experience for both client and guests.
